I contacted customer service and they originally tried to get me to upgrade via a sales tactic and pay the difference for a 'premium model'. I said no thank you and did not ask for anything else. They contacted me back and offered to send me two of the ones I had so that I would have a back up - but without the batteries or stand. I did appreciate their prompt responses, just less gimmicks would have been nice.

I bought the Honeywell Turboforce Fan for my bedroom, and I’m honestly impressed with how powerful this little thing is. Don’t let the compact size fool you — it moves a lot of air. I use the Honeywell TurboForce HT-900 in my home office to help with airflow around my computer setup, and it’s been a solid performer for the price.
