Verbessern Sie die Leistung Ihres Motorrads und bieten Sie ihm einen aerodynamischen Schutz, der dank des Manueller Hebemechanismus (M.E.M.) an jede Gegebenheit und jede Situation Ihrer Fahrt angepasst werden kann. Es handelt sich um einen kompakten Mechanismus, der es Ihnen erlaubt, die Position der Scheibe Ihres Motorrads ohne Werkzeug zu verändern, um sich an die verschiedenen Situationen anzupassen, die die Strecke erfordert. Sie können den aerodynamischen Schutz (Ihre Windschutzscheibe) auf schnellen Straßen oder bei ungünstigen Wetterbedingungen auf eine höhere Position anheben, und bei Fahrten in städtischen Gebieten die Scheibe auf eine niedrige Position bringen. Damit Sie immer das geeignetste Sichtfeld auf die Straßen haben. In den niedrigen Positionen bekommt die Scheibe über den Schutz hinaus auch noch einen sportlichen Charakter. Das Bedienen des M.E.M. Mechanismusses ist manuell und ohne Werkzeug durchführbar. Mit einer einfachen Drehung an dem Hebel der Befestigung ist es möglich die Scheibe in die gewünschte Position zu bringen und, ohne Werkzeug, festzumachen. Der Hebemechanismus ist für die OEM Scheibe sowie für PUIG Scheiben geeignet.  Entworfen und höchst sorgfältig hergestellt wird der Mechanismus in Barcelona, um Ihnen ein exklusives und einzigartiges Produkt anzubieten welches Ihr Motorrad vervollständigt und mit grandiosen Zusätzen ausstattet. Die Halterung des Hebemechansimus ist widerstandsfähig sowie leicht und diskret. Er wird mit einer detaillierten Einbauanleitung geliefert, die eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Montage ermöglicht. Dafür sind keine technischen Vorkenntnisse vonnöten. WICHTIG: Für die Honda Africa Twin bieten wir eine einfachere Hebebügelhalterung an, die es ermöglicht, die Scheibe in einer Position von +80 mm gegenüber dem OEM zu befestigen.

the "fit" is very precise

Nice Fabrication, Good materials, perfect adhesive applications, "clean joints" etc. Appears to be a good UPGRADE from the stock Motorcraft product. CONs: The FIT was a "smidge TIGHT", and took very precise initial alignment and "pressure" to begin to slide into the rectangular hole. I measured the "Hole" at 7.375" wide, or (187.33 mm)... the FILTER is exactly the SAME. I would suggest maybe reducing the Width by 1 mm, to allow for an easier installation. The MOTORCRAFT uses an "open-cell" foam structure for the (2) Side pieces on their filter assembly, allowing some "compression to fit", of the Width, easing the difficulty of installation, yet still filling all voids. In summation, the "fit" is very precise. Not to be hurried or rushed, maybe a bit meticulous for the impatient or weak of heart.
