QIDI ASA-Aero ist ein leichtes 3D-Druckfilament, das speziell für Flugzeug- und Schiffsmodelle, Drohnen usw. entwickelt wurde. ASA-Aero steuert die Aufschäumrate des Materials durch Anpassung der Düsentemperatur während des Druckvorgangs, sodass die Dichte des aus der Düse austretenden Materials innerhalb eines bestimmten Bereichs eingestellt werden kann. Mit dieser Technik lässt sich das Gewicht des Modells leicht reduzieren. Im besten Fall kann das Modellgewicht im Vergleich zu einem mit herkömmlichem ASA gedruckten Modell um bis zu 50 % reduziert werden. Darüber hinaus kann die matte Textur der Druckoberfläche die Sichtbarkeit der gedruckten Schichten reduzieren und so für eine glatte Oberflächenbeschaffenheit sorgen.
- On-Demand-Schäumtechnologie
QIDI ASA-Aero ist ein ASA-Filament, das während des Druckvorgangs mithilfe eines Treibmittels zu schäumen beginnt. Das Treibmittel befindet sich vor dem Drucken im ASA-Filament in einem unangeregten Zustand. Während des Druckvorgangs lässt sich die Schaumbildungsrate des Treibmittels durch Anpassung der Drucktemperatur leicht steuern. Die maximale Schaumbildungsrate kann bis zu 250 % erreichen. - Gleichzeitig behält QIDI ASA-Aero die ursprüngliche UV-Alterungsbeständigkeit und hohe Hitzebeständigkeit des ASA-Materials bei und ist daher für den Langzeiteinsatz in Außenumgebungen mit hohen Temperaturen geeignet.

| 1.Da ASA-Aero die On-Demand-Schäumtechnologie verwendet, dehnt sich das Filament nach dem Erhitzen während des Druckvorgangs in der Düse weiter aus. Dadurch kommt es während der Düsenbewegung zu unvermeidlichem Stringing. Auch das Anpassen der Rückzugseinstellung in der Slicing-Software kann dieses Problem nicht lösen. Aus diesem Grund wird empfohlen, die Rückzugseinstellung zu deaktivieren. | |
| 2.Da ASA-Materialien eine hohe Glasübergangstemperatur aufweisen, ist während des Drucks eine bestimmte Umgebungstemperatur (40–70 °C) erforderlich, um die inneren Spannungen der Druckteile abzubauen und Verformungen zu reduzieren. Beim Drucken dünnwandiger Modelle ohne jegliche Isolierung wird die Verwendung von Düsen mit einem Durchmesser von 0,6 mm oder mehr empfohlen, um die Festigkeit der Druckteile zu gewährleisten und Schrumpfungen zu reduzieren. | |

Great quality at an unbeatable price!
I was a little worried that this would be cheap quality, but it's not. It's sturdy, modern and fits perfectly under my bathroom sink. I use it to hold my washcloths that I use to clean my face. It's the best way to store them so that they can air dry and not look gross and soggy out on my counter, lol. Love this product so much that I intend to purchase one for my kitchen, just wanted to check the quality first. I'm sure that I'll have this for years to come, such a great purchase!

Excellent cabinet towel rack.
I had no doubt that this item had to be good from the moment I saw the detailed pictures of it on Amazon. The item is built very well out of stainless steel and adjusts easily to fit the cabinet door in the kitchen. I am so impressed by the way it is working. I can hang 6 different wash clothes/towels on it and not have to have them clutter the sink area. I am very impressed by this item. The fact that it adjusts in length also means that I can get the most use out of it.

Can easily hide towels
Works nicely. I have it mounted with towels hanging on the inside of my cabinet so you see only the small hooks on the outside of the cabinet door. It extends nicely and has ample room for one towel folded in half on each bar; you would have to fold each towel again to get 2 side by side. Only minor issue the hooks extend over the door a little lower than I'd like and they are beveled outward on the bottom so you see this on the outside. I have a similar design single bar rack with smaller less noticeable hooks. Neither one is completely invisible but at least I can hide the towels and not cover up my new beautiful stainless range or cabinets with towels. Worth the money.

A simple but useful little gadget
I love my little galley kitchen which really only has one wall as it is open to the family room and dining room. So no available wall space meant no place to install towel bars. That meant there was no space to hang up my dish towels to dry. These towel bars were the solution to that little (but daily) annoyance. They attached easily and securely to my cabinet drawers. I am very pleased with them.
