Material Types

FRP

FRP, with a Primed Black, Grey, or White Finish
*FRP(Fibre Reinforced Polymer) is a composite crafted from carbon fibre and reinforced polymers. When selecting the FRP option, it arrives with a primed finish, intended for professional preparation and painting. It’s essential to have the FRP professionally installed to ensure optimal results. Please be aware that any markings or pockmarks are inherent characteristics of resin within the FRP and are not indications of product defects Please note: As every vehicle manufacturer works with tolerances and FRP parts can warp, slight adjustments may be necessary.

CFRP

CFRP, which stands for Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (otherwise known as wet-carbon). This is a type of material that combines carbon fibre with a polymer (think of it as a sort of glue) to bind the fibres together. The polymer gives the carbon fibre its shape and durability, making CFRP an incredibly strong yet lightweight material. It’s used in a variety of products and industries, from automotive parts to sports equipment, because of its high strength-to-weight ratio.

Dry Carbon

The term “dry carbon” might be a bit misleading because it doesn’t mean the material is literally dry. Instead, it refers to the method used to make the carbon fibre parts. Dry carbon fibre is made by using a pre-preg (pre-impregnated) method where the carbon fibre is impregnated with resin before it’s molded. Then, it’s cured in an autoclave (a high-pressure oven) which makes the parts extremely lightweight and strong. Dry carbon fibre is often considered a more premium option because of its superior strength and lighter weight compared to CFRP, but it also tends to be more expensive.

So, what does this mean for you? Unless specifically stated, all the carbon fibre parts we sell are CFRP. We choose CFRP for its fantastic balance of strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring you get high-quality parts without breaking the bank. However, we also understand the unique benefits of dry carbon fibre, especially for those seeking the ultimate in performance and weight reduction. For these select items, we’ll make sure it’s clearly stated in the product description or title.

Material Characteristics

1. FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer):

Characteristics:FRP parts are made from a combination of fibers (like glass) and a polymer matrix (usually a resin). This composition can exhibit certain traits intrinsic to the nature of the materials.
Fitment: It’s not uncommon for FRP parts to require adjustments for perfect alignment. The parts might come with sanding lines or filler marks; however, these are not product defects but rather characteristics of the resin and the production process.
Finishing: A professional body shop can easily address and rectify the mentioned traits, ensuring the part looks and fits as intended.

2. Wet Carbon (or Wet Lay Carbon Fiber):

Characteristics: Wet carbon is made by laying down carbon fiber and then impregnating it with resin. It gives a beautiful, deep weave pattern that’s aesthetically pleasing. However, the nature of the process can sometimes result in small pinholes or slight variations in weave patterns. Again, these aren’t defects but characteristics inherent to the wet lay process.
Finish: Wet carbon parts often come with a glossy finish, but might benefit from an additional coat of clear lacquer to enhance the depth and protect the weave.
Care: While it might be tempting to apply Paint Protection Film (PPF) to preserve the beauty of the weave, it’s advised to wait before applying PPF. Immediate application can lead to issues like peeling off the lacquer.

3. Dry Carbon (or Pre-preg Carbon Fiber):

Characteristics: Dry carbon is the pinnacle of carbon fiber technology, offering superior strength, lightness, and a premium finish. The material is pre-impregnated with resin, ensuring consistent distribution and quality.
Finish: Products made from dry carbon exhibit an OEM-like finish, ensuring the part seamlessly integrates with the vehicle’s design.
Quality: The meticulous manufacturing process and superior raw materials ensure that dry carbon products often have the most precise fitment and highest durability among carbon fiber parts.

4. PP (Polypropylene)

Characteristics: Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer known for its outstanding chemical resistance, elasticity, and thermal insulation properties. It is less dense than other plastics, making it a lightweight option for car body kits. PP is resistant to various chemical solvents, bases, and acids.
Fitment: PP body kits are typically easier to install due to their flexibility, which allows for better adjustment and alignment to the car’s body. This flexibility also makes PP parts more resistant to cracking and breaking upon impact.
Finishing: PP can be painted or treated with a variety of finishes to enhance its appearance or to match the vehicle’s existing color scheme. However, proper surface treatment is crucial as the material is naturally hydrophobic and may not bond well with some paints without proper preparation
Care: Due to its chemical resistance, cleaning and maintaining PP body kits is relatively straightforward. They can withstand a wide range of cleaning products without damage. Regular washing and occasional waxing are sufficient to maintain the appearance and integrity of the part.

Low foam
Color: Black
Love this frother. It is great quality and the turn speed is amazing. My only issue is this. It comes w 2 wands and they are both singles. The single is great for stirring things up. It does not make a lot of froth and for some things it’s perfect but sometimes I like a lot of froth and I wish it either came w a single and a double or you could purchase a double separately to intermix. I don’t want to buy a whole other unit just for the double. I wrote to them bc the double frother they sell doesn’t look as good as this one but sometimes a girl needs a lot of foam and sometimes th stirring is perfect.

Outstanding machine with loads of uses
Color: Black, Color: Black
First off the TLDR: If you have an espresso machine, buy this. The Maestri 4 in 1 is a solidly built little machine that I truly enjoy using. It has a one piece stainless steel pitcher that is dishwasher safe and the spinner has a removable metal frother. So the only plastic touching your beverage is the small plastic spinner. As of January 2026, there is a coupon for $20, off making it $48 and for this price it simply cannot be beat. Now, if you’d like to know why I bought this over the Velvitiser read on. This is meant to be detailed and helpful for those looking at these two machines or wanting to get the most out of this one. First, cost did not really factor in. I mean I’m not looking to get ripped off, but I would rather wait and save for a superior machine, than purchase an inferior one that I will be unhappy with and is likely to break on me. Just getting that out of the way. Also I looked at the new hot and cold cocoa maker that comes with the hot cocoa mug and the iced chocolate milk glass, as well as a starter kit of 10 cocoa pouches, 5 hot and 5 cold. $179. So why did I get this instead? 1. The Velvitiser, while a beautiful machine (and it is pretty) uses a proprietary hook type spinner to whisk the cocoa while it heats it. Because of this, it is designed to be used with their proprietary hot cocoa packets, which is why 10 are included. You can upgrade to 40. And of course more are on the site. There are also subscription options. However this unit was specifically designed for the cocoa butter content, size of granules, and melting point of their chocolate, you cannot use ANY OTHER chocolate, powder, matcha, etc with it - and doing so VOIDS your warranty. Now people have done it, mostly after a year when the warranty runs out. But they risk burning out the motor. The Maestri on the other hand can use just about anything. As long as you don’t drop a whole azz bar of chocolate in the thing, you’re golden. So far, the chocolate I’ve used is: Cocoa powder, Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate, and Ghirardelli white chocolate which I grated. They worked beautifully and the drinks were delicious. Also, unlike the Velvitiser, “based on the Aztec Molinillo”, I can grate and use Abuelitas Mexican Chocolate. Take that! Also, this machine goes beyond chocolate, see point 3 for other options. 2. It only holds 8 oz. Well technically 9oz but it counts on 8 oz of milk and an oz of chocolate. Hope you’re not married. Or have a boyfriend. Or a big mug. I wanna make a hot chocky for hubby and me. If I’d gotten this I would have had to make the first mug, give it to him, refill with more milk, more chocolate, and wait for the machine. And let’s be honest, by the time my mug was ready, his would be empty. 😩 The Maestri holds two cups or 16oz, and if you pour that into the pitcher you are still well under the Max Fill Line. It’s plenty to share or for my biggest mugs it’s also great when I make iced drinks or soup which brings me to 3. The Velvitiser was very limited. I had my choice of hot cocoa or the next big thing, COLD cocoa newly introduced in September 2025. That’s it. And I hope you like their flavors cause they are your only options. Now I’m not gonna lie, they look delicious. And they almost had me with the banana milk. But they are clearly operating on a subscription model here. Also, I wanted more options. So the Maestri whispered cold foam and here we are. I’m glad I went with this because yes, the Maestri 4 in 1 will do cold foam. It will also do all kinds of cold drinks. If you have an espresso maker buy this. I should probably put that at the top. Mix any of your syrups or sauces with milk and hit the first button (snowflake). Cookie Butter Milk. Hazelnut Milk. I will buy banana syrup and have Banana Milk (I hope it tastes like Banana Runts), And you can use it to mix up your morning protein shake, as long as it’s not super thick (this is not a blender). I make protein coffee so this is a HUGE step up from my old crappy shaker with the little wire ball in it. Of course you can heat and foam your milk for cappuccinos and lattes, middle button. But I also take out the foaming ring and use that setting to make veggie broth, miso soup, and vegan ginger chik’n broth. As long as you don’t have veggies or other chunks in there you can heat up/cook any clear broth. The last button is the Cocoa button. I’ve made tons of stuff with that. Hot chocolate, mocha, golden milk, matcha, and even chai. Be sure to heat your water and milk using the machine, then steep your tea. Remove your tea bag or loose tea and spices before you run the machine again to add your sugar. None of this was possible with the Velvitiser. This machine looks nice on my espresso bar, I like that the pitcher is held to the base magnetically. I love how easy it is to clean. But most of all I absolutely love how versatile it is. I’ve only had it a short period of time but it has become central to my drink making. I use it each morning for my espresso, I use it to make an iced drink at some point during the day, and it’s winter so I am using it to make a broth most days as well. So yeah, glad I went with the Maestri 4 in 1. It’s my favorite new addition to the espresso station.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY!!
Color: White
BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY! We had the Maestri House Milk Frother for 5 months. It suddenly quit spinning. I contacted support as instructed in the manual. I received a reply that there is a 1 year warranty and to send my order # and video showing the problem. I did the same day. No response. I waited a week, still no response. I sent the order # and video again. It has been almost a month, I have sent 4 emails, and no one will get back with me. I found a phone number online but when I called there is an automated response with their hours and then hangs up on me. THIS ITEM WILL QUIT WORKING AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE PRODUCT. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
