Beleuchtetes LCD-Display

Eine schöne große beleuchtete und gut lesbare Anzeige ziert diese Maschinen. Sie sehen auf einen Blick, welchen Stich Sie ausgewählt haben, Ihre eingestellte Stichlänge und –breite, mit welchem Fuß Sie den gewünschten Stich oder das Muster nähen können und ob die Nadel oberhalb oder im Stoff bei Nahtende halten soll.


Einfacher Nähbeginn

Automatischer Nadeleinfädler 

Mit diesem Feature müssen Sie die Nadel nicht manuell einfädeln, was besonders für Menschen mit Sehschwäche oder für diejenigen, die Schwierigkeiten beim manuellen Einfädeln haben, von Vorteil ist.

Um den Nadeleinfädler zu verwenden, müssen Sie zunächst den Hebel des Einfädlers nach unten klappen, damit ein kleiner Haken durch das Nadelöhr geht. Dann legen Sie den Faden einfach auf den Fadenhalter und drücken den Einfädlerhebel wieder nach oben. Der Haken zieht den Faden durch das Nadelöhr und die Nadel ist bereit zum Nähen.

 

Boxtransport

JUKI hat das Box-Transportsystem aus der Industrie übernommen, um wunderschöne Nähte und herausragende Transportleistungen anbieten zu können. Der konventionelle Transport einer Nähmaschine folgt einer ovalen Bewegung während die JUKI Nähmaschine HZL-G120 den Transporteur rechteckig bewegt und dieser länger den Kontakt zum Stoff hält. Dadurch verziehen und verrutschen die Stoffe nicht mehr. Dieses präzise Transportsystem sorgt für höchste Stichqualität, für eine Vielzahl von leichten bis schweren Stoffen.

 

Start-/ Stopp Taste

Durch die Start-/Stopptaste können Sie auch ohne Fußanlasser ganz einfach nähen. Sie finden weitere Direkttasten an der Maschine, wie die Taste für den Rückwärtsstich und die Taste, die den Nadelstopp verändert oder bei der HZL-G120 die Taste für den automatischen Fadenabschneider

 

Unterfadenspule 

Schnelles, einfaches Austauschen der Unterfadenspule und Reinigen der Greiferbahn. Das Sichtfenster zeigt den Füllstand der Unterfadenspule an. Der Unterfaden wird automatisch beim Nähstart nach oben geholt 

 

Stahltransporteur

Die JUKI Nähmaschine HZL-G120 verfügt dank eines speziellen 7-Punkt-Stahltransporteur über einen starken Stofftransport. Projekte von schweren Stoffen bis hin zu leichten Stoffen lassen sich somit sehr gut transportieren und nähen. Zwei zusätzliche Transporteure vor der Nadel ermöglichen einen leichten Nähbeginn.
