Die Trauben für unseren Sekt stammen von Weinbergen rund um Bechtheim. Die Böden sind geprägt von Löß- und Lehmverwitterung, sowie Kalkmergel. Der Saft wurde mittels Ganztraubenpressung gewonnen und anschließend mit den traubeneigenen Hefen über mehrere Wochen vergoren. Es folgte ein Hefelager in Tonneaus bis zur Füllung der Cuvée Ende April. Nach der Flaschengärung lagerte der fertige Rohsekt weitere 36 Monate auf der Hefe bis zum Degorgieren.Food Pairing (Speiseempfehlung): Perfekt als Aperitif, zu Austern, Meeresfrüchten oder feinen Vorspeisen.

I'm not allergic to it & didn't burn! Wasn't greasy, easy to apply. Worked great for face, neck, chest and arms. Wore for a week straight. Didn't clog pores or cause skin issues. Worked great as a sunscreen. Stayed solid enough in FL heat that TSA didn't confiscate. Double bonus
