Besonderheiten: Der Auchentoshan Three Wood präsentiert sich in einer neu gestalteten Verpackung, die die Verbindung der Brennerei zur Stadt Glasgow und die dreifache Destillation betont. Dieser Single Malt Whisky durchläuft eine dreifache Reifung: Zunächst in amerikanischen Bourbonfässern, gefolgt von einer Nachreifung in Oloroso-Sherryfässern und abschliessend in Pedro-Ximénez-Sherryfässern.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nase: Ein verlockendes Bouquet von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, braunem Zucker, Orangen und Rosinen.
