Montage

Das BMX ist zu 90 % vormontiert. Lediglich Lenker, Vorderrad und Pedalen müssen noch montiert werden. Vor der ersten Fahrt sollten alle Schraubverbindungen sowie die Bremse sorgfältig kontrolliert werden. Für optimale Sicherheit empfehlen wir die Montage durch einen Fachmechaniker.

If I have a protein drink in the morning I use the powder and if not I take 3 of these pills which is the daily dose but luckily they aren't huge like some of these supplements are. I think there are 300 in a bottle so 100 doses but some folks might get away with taking 1 or 2 instead of all 3 depending on your needs.
