Weinherstellung und Reifen Pet Nat ist prickelnder Wein – eine alte Methode des Schaumweins. Gärender Most wird in eine Druckflasche abgefüllt und beendet dort seine Gärung, wobei die natürliche Kohlensäure in die Flasche eingeschlossen wird. 8 Monate auf der Hefe gelagert, danach händisch gerüttelt & degorgiert. Fertig ist der JOMA-Sprudelgenuss. Kein Schwefel von Anfang bis zum Ende.
Geschmack Für diesen Schaumwein wurden Chardonnay & Weißburgunder-Trauben vereint. Duftet wie ein frischer Obstkuchen, der einem nur so an Mango & Maracuja Früchte erinnert. Ein frecher Exot mit guter Säurestruktur. Knochentrocken, leicht & spritzig.
