Die Hantelscheiben bestehen aus pulverbeschichtetem Gusseisen und sind damit besonders stabil und robust. Selbst wenn eine davon versehentlich auf den Boden kracht, ist das kein Grund zur Sorge. Dank der pfiffigen Eingriffe, kannst du deine Hantelscheiben für viele andere Übungen mit verwenden, so beispielsweise bei „decline crunches“.
