Die südlich geöffnete, steile Lage bringt viel Reife ins Lesegut, ohne die Frische zu verlieren. Im Duft finden sich Pfirsich, Holunderbeere, Stachelbeere, Minze, Maracuja und Mango; zarte Vanillenoten deuten auf Ausbau und Reife hin. Am Gaumen wirkt der Wein schmelzig, mild in der Säure und doch klar geführt, mit salzigen Anklängen und langem Nachhall. Die biologische Herkunft und die GSTK-Klassifikation bleiben dabei Teil des Hintergrunds, nicht des Effekts. Ein Sauvignon Blanc für den Tisch: ruhig, strukturiert und mit spürbarer Herkunft. Mit etwas Temperatur entwickelt er mehr Textur, ohne seine salzige Linie zu verlieren. Good value, but buyers should be aware that the metal base extends only on edges
I think this tray is a good value compared to other vendor's products that are $100+. I plan to keep it because it is a good value for me. HOWEVER, realize that the metal base does not extend across the full base of the cork liner. Metal pieces are only on the edge of long side of the liner. Also, the metal is lightweight.
