Das PA12 CF FLEX ist im Vergleich zum Standard PA12 CF etwas flexibler und zäher.
NYLON 12 (PA12) ist ein Polyamide und zeichnet sich durch seine hohe Festigkeit und Zähigkeit aus. Aufgrund seiner positiven Eigenschaften wird es häufig zur Fertigung mechanischer Bauteile verwendet. Der Kohlefaseranteil erhöht bei dieser Variante zusätzlich die Härte/Festigkeit des gedruckten Bauteiles und verringert ein ungewolltes "Warping" (Verziehen des Bauteiles). Die Besonderheit von PA12 ist die besonders niedrige Feuchtigkeitsaufnahme. Auch ein Druck ohne eine vorherige Trocknung des Filamentes ist möglich!

Die Eigenschaften von NYLON (PA12)
- sehr hohe Elastizität
- geringe Wasseraufnahme aus der Umgebung
- hohe Zähigkeit sowie Festigkeit
- hohe Abriebfestigkeit
- hohe Layerhaftung
- hohe Wärmeformbeständigkeit bis 140°C
- achte beim Drucken mit NYLON auf eine gute Belüftung, da die entstehenden Dämpf beim Drucken gesundheitsschädlich sind
- ein all Metal Heatbreak, besser noch ein hier im Shop erhältliches TITAN Heatbreak, wird empfohlen
Wie wird NYLON am besten gedruckt?
- Ein geschlossener Bauraum (Gehäuse) wird empfohlen, ist jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig, da die Fasern im Filament dem Verzug stark entgegenwirken
- Durch die Kohlefaseranteile wird eine Düse aus verschleißfestem Material benötigt (PRIZZLE, gehärtete / RUBY / Edelstahl Düse)
- Die Bauteilkühlung sollte wenn möglich deaktiviert, maximal jedoch auf 30% für kleine, filigrane Bauteile eingestellt werden (Druckerabhängig)
- Druckbetthaftung: Die besten Ergebnisse erziehst Du mit der PRINPLATE PRO / EXTREME mit folgenden Einstellungen:
- Druckbett gelevelt mit einer 0,05mm Einstellfolie
- Höhe erster Layer = halber Düsendurchmesser
- Linienbreite erster Layer = 100%
- Druckgeschwindigkeit erster Layer = 15mm/s
- Druckbetttemperatur = 90°C dauerhaft
- Minimaler Düsendurchmesser = 0,4mm
Die Druckbetthaftung sowie der erste Layer sind für einen erfolgreichen Druck mit NYLON (PA) essenziell. Drucke den ersten Layer lieber etwas zu dicht am Druckbett (leicht "gequetscht") um das NYLON in die Poren der PRINPLATE zu drücken.

Check components for imperfections

Just finished putting the chair together, and while there were some nice touches (gloves to wear while assembling) and manual very easy to understand, there are more steps than are customary for a basic chair. However, two main gripes are (1) bought Saturday for $129.99, today it is listed for $89.99 (2) out of the box, the mesh back of the chair has a small tear in it. Unsure if it will end up being a long-term issue, but irritating all the same.

Amazing chair

Going from a regular office chair to this majestic heavenly office chair, my body hasn't felt better. As a person who is rather on the large side (6'2, 175 pounds), so this chair good butt cushioning, adjustable armrest, the adjustable headrest made this purchase an very good one. I move constantly on chairs so when i found out tthis chair can adapt to my position with a few tweaks i instantly fell in love. Considering that I have jumped and stood on the chair quite the number of times and it still is holding its form just speaks to its sturdiness. I dont believe in buying extremely expensive chairs as a high quality one like this has everything you could wish for.

Wow Great Deal!

I have been using this chair for a month now and I am honestly impressed for the price I paid. I work from home so am using this chair 24/7. I had no issues with assembling it myself as a 35 year old female. Instructions were simple to follow and took me maybe 30 minutes to put together. Its sturdy and comfortable. I appreciate the padded arms and the seat bottom is also a nice thick cushion. Added bonus for the head rest and that it is adjustable. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable office chair

This ergonomic office chair is very comfortable and has good lumbar support and a nice headrest. It includes all the necessary tools and takes about 20 minutes to fully assemble. The height adjust and recline features of the chair work smoothly and quietly. The seat cushion is nice and comfortable. The height-adjustable armrest is also a nice features of the chair. Overall, this ergonomic office chair provides relaxing comfort during long hours sitting with support for your bottom, back, head and arms. It's a good value for the price.

Good quality and arrived quickly

I was very pleased with how easy this chair was to set up. Affordable, arrived quickly. The only reason it isn’t 5/5 is because on of the arms had a small dent, possibly due to not enough bubble wrap during shipping. Other than that, the quality is great.
