Dampfgaren ist also eine supergesunde Zubereitungsmethode! Die Höhe von 1 Korb beträgt 4 cm. Bringen Sie reichlich Wasser in einem Topf zum Kochen und achten Sie darauf, dass der Boden des Korbes das Wasser nicht berührt.
