Ein Yoga Kissen und Bolster unterstützt dich während vieler Haltungen beim Yoga, in der Meditation oder beim Pilates-Training. Die Yogarolle wird zum Beispiel bei ruhigen Yogastilen wie dem Yin Yoga, oder Pränatal Yoga eingesetzt. Die ergonomische Form eignet sich z.B. besonders gut für Vor- und Rückbeugen und zur Dehnung deines Brustkorbs (Herzöffner).

Unsere Yoga-Kissen und -Bolster bestehen aus einem abnehmbaren Bezug und einem Inlett aus 100% Baumwolle, gefüllt mit Bio-Buchweizenschalen. Durch den Reißverschluss kannst du die Füllung einfach entnehmen oder nachfüllen, um den Härtegrad  individuell auf deine Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Die praktische Trageschlaufe hilft dir dein wunderbares Yogakissen/-bolster an deinen liebsten Ort zu transportieren, an dem du dich ungestört auf deine Yoga- und Meditationspraxis einlassen kannst.
