TRI-FORM 3X is VAYU’s proprietary three-material leading-edge technology, which combines ALUULA DCC 160 with double-density Dacron in a layered construction. Each material is used for a specific purpose: ALUULA provides extremely high tensile strength and minimal stretch; the outer Dacron layers provide abrasion resistance and controlled flex characteristics. Together, they create a highly rigid, lightweight framework that reduces deformation under load, improves fabric tension, and optimizes response at every wind angle.
