HorseFlex Mellow Mood bringt dein Pferd nicht zum Einschlafen, sondern unterstützt seine Gelassenheit. Ideal für sensible oder temperamentvolle Pferde, die oft nervös oder unruhig sind. Das Pulver ist einfach zu verwenden und kann sicher über einen längeren Zeitraum verabreicht werden.

Einfach anzuwenden
Du kannst das Pulver einfach über das Futter deines Pferdes streuen. Benetze es leicht, damit es nicht aus dem Behälter geweht wird. 1 Messlöffel enthält ca. 15 Gramm, die empfohlene Tagesdosierung beträgt 15 Gramm für Pferde <350 kg. Diese Menge kann über den Tag verteilt werden. Achtung: Enthält Mönchspfeffer und Baldrianwurzel, daher nicht an Turnierpferde oder während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit verwenden. Bei Erkrankungen der Gebärmutter, Eierstöcke oder Schilddrüse ebenfalls meiden. Alternativ empfehlen wir HorseFlex Magnesium Relax Combi.

I was expecting an unflavored fiber powder. However, expect a sour/tart taste. This means you can't add it to tea or coffee. I don't think it is appropriate to say that it is "unflavored" as I've had psyllium husk from other vendors that are truly "unflavored" (i.e. no citric acid). Dextrin (another fiber source) is also unflavored. But this Metamucil is tart (like sucking a lime) and can only be added to tart juices like orange juice or lemonade.

Taste: While the product doesn’t taste bad, preparing it as directed results in a very mild orange flavor. -as a drink I would prefer more flavor. Texture: The psyllium husk absorbs water extremely quickly—even in cold or room-temp water—which is just the nature of the ingredient itself. Because it starts to gel so fast, you have to chug it, and even then it can be difficult to get down. (I personally gag at it, but I have sensory issues) If the gel like texture is an issue for you, I found it more palatable mixed into food with water on the side. Texture aside, the product itself is highly effective. Mixability: It doesn’t always mix smoothly and tends to clump. Again nature of the ingredient not the brand. The powder is very fine and non-gritty perfect for other mixings. Side effects: I had uncomfortable bloating the first time (2 scoops/ full glass), I recommend starting with (1 scoop or less/full glass) Dont rush it. Increase it from there as you grow tolerance. You may feel very full. - it helped me eat less!
