Über den Wein:

Ein Unikat von der Wachau, nicht nur was die Rebsorte angeht. Die Trauben wurden Anfang Oktober von Hand gelesen und während sechs Wochen langsam auf der Maische vergoren. Danach wird der Wein, der Schwerkraft folgend, in gebrauchte Holzfässer umgezogen. Die Abfüllung erfolgt ohne Filtration und nur mit einer geringen Schwefeldosis.
