Die Trauben werden in Edelstahltanks vergoren und der Wein wird anschließend zu einem Drittel in Barriques und zu zwei Dritteln im großen Holzfass rund 18 Monate lang ausgebaut. Es folgen weitere zwölf Monate der Flaschenreifung. Ein dichtes Granatrot mit rubinfarbenen Schimmern strahlt aus dem Glas und verströmt dunkle Aromen reifer Walbeeren, von Zartbitterschokolade umhüllt. Die Dichte der Farbe wiederspiegelt sich in der Komplexität, die der „Siebeneich“ am Gaumen offenbart und die von feingliedrigen Gerbstoffen abgerundet wird. Dieser vielschichtige Merlot enthüllt je nach Speisepaarung stets neue Facetten seines Wesens. Bought 4 pairs of these shorts and had to send all four pairs back. They run very big, in the waist and overall. They are super long. My son is 5'10" and he said they were way longer than he wanted them. They appear to be good quality, heavy material jean shorts. I would recommend sizing down if this is the look you're going for. And they're a little pricey.
