3 Sprossengläser 1500 ml mit feinmaschigem Sieb und Schraubring aus nickelfreiem Edelstahl, Abtropfgestell aus Edelstahl und einer in Deutschland handgefertigten Abtropfschale in Keramik Weiß von hochwertiger Qualität - hochgebrannt und lebensmittelecht glasiert - , inkl. einem Tütchen Bio-Keimsaat aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau.

Mit diesem Sprossenglas-System gelingt Ihnen eine mühelose und ohne Erde: Die schräge Position der Sprossengläser garantiert die fortwährende Frische der Sprossen, da das Wasser ablaufen (keine Staunässe) und Luft zirkulieren kann (feinmaschiges Sieb). Die Keramikschale fängt das Abtropfwasser auf, so dass das System an jeden beliebigen Platz gestellt werden kann. Die Saaten werden im Sprossenglas eingeweicht, gespült und bis zur Ernte gezogen.

1. Keimsaat ca. 8 Std., Hülsenfrüchte 12 Std., in Wasser einweichen (pro 750 ml Glas 1 EL. für kleine Saaten wie Alfalfa, Radieschen und 2 EL für große Saaten wie Mungbohnen, Kichererbsen, Linsen; pro 1000 ml Glas jeweils maximal die doppelte Menge). Danach das Wasser ausgießen und das Glas schräg stellen.


2. Die Sprossen zweimal am Tag (morgens und abends) mit frischem Wasser durchspülen.


3. Nach dem Spülen das Wasser ausgießen.


4. Das Sprossenglas schräg stehen lassen, damit das überschüssige Wasser abtropfen und Luft zirkulieren kann. Ernten Sie je nach Saat nach 5-8 Tagen, Sonnenblumen- Kichererbsen- und Linsensprossen nach 2-3 Tagen!

Die fertigen Sprossen bleiben in einem Gefäß im Kühlschrank 4-5 Tage frisch und brauchen nicht mehr gespült zu werden. Nun können Sie in Ihren Sprossengläsern bereits neue Saaten ansetzen und sind so lückenlos versorgt! 

Tipp:  Farbliche Veränderungen des Edelstahl-Siebs sind kein Rost (!), sondern rühren von den ätherischen Ölen in den Sprossen her. Besonders bei Bockshornklee können starke gelbliche Verfärbungen auftreten. Mit Wasch Soda lassen sich diese Rückstände leicht entfernen.

Great introduction to Linux kernel development

This is a great book for those wanting to get into Linux kernel development. It has a good flow to the writing and doesn't try and bury you with too much deep knowledge as a beginner (just enough to give you the basics of the concepts being discussed). if you purchase this book there is a second book with more depth on programming provided free (on the books website github). I enjoyed this book so much I've purchased the second book for my kindle reader to support the author. I've also purchased Kaiwan's book on Linux kernel debugging which is also an excellent read; giving you a good introduction to all the different methods/tools that can be used to help you debug those stubborn issues you'll inevitably encounter working as a kernel developer. I can't wait to read the next edition of this book coming out in January; revised for the 6.x kernel. FYI, I've read this book and worked through all the examples on the latest Linux stable kernel (as of this review 6.4.x/6.5.x-rcX). You won't regret getting this book if you want to start down the path of being a Linux kernel developer! I'd love to see a book from Kaiwan on developing module/drivers using Rust (with it's support now included in Linux kernel since 6.2). :-)
