Texit's cable flags are made of soft PVC. This soft vinyl form gives the labels their high flexibility and makes them extremely cuddly. The permanent acrylic adhesive provides the high adhesion. Due to the use of high-quality vinyl plastic, the labels can also withstand high temperatures of up to +90 degrees Celsius without any problems (in general, the KFT-V cable flags can be used in a temperature range of -40 to +90 degrees Celsius).

Cable flag printing

For printing the cable flag, we recommend using a Texit label printer and the appropriate thermal transfer foil. In this way, we can guarantee that the labels will remain legible for a long time. During thermal transfer printing, the printing ink is melted from the thermal transfer foil onto the cable lug by the effect of heat . Due to the punctual high temperature, the color particles connect firmly with the label. Since the thermal transfer process is a dry printing process, the cable flags can be applied directly after the printing process. The print results are extremely robust, smudge-proof and durable when using a high-quality label printer and ink ribbon.
