Alain Minvielle has extensive shaping experience in California and a keen sense of the flow and glide of the classic style. Together with Edouard, they have developed a classic shape inspired by 60's longboarding models (no edge) while adding a more modern bottom line to create the perfect cruiser with surprising maneuverability.
The critical part of this design lies in the rocker and volume distribution - the curve of the rocker allows you to keep noserides in the pocket while gliding in small conditions as well as larger waves. The unique distribution of volume across the entire board, from a thick nose to a thin tail, gives you stylish cross-steps and easy turns.

TEC - TORQ EPOXY COMPOSITE
Torq Epoxy Composite offers high-performance shapes in our state-of-the-art epoxy layup. These boards offer the best balance between lightness and durability. With our own unique lamination process we are able to use a very strong 6oz and 4oz fiberglass layup in a three layer deck and a two layer base (with a four layer rail overlap) with a high density EPS foam and still achieve a board weight equivalent to a lightweight fiberglass layup.
The result is a lightweight but very stable board with good flex characteristics and as with all torq's an excellent price/performance ratio.
