Nutzung & Wirkungsdauer:
Um optimal zu wirken, sollte Bakanasan Coenzym Q10 Plus täglich mindestens über einen Zeitraum von 30 Tagen eingenommen werden. 1 Kapsel enthält die ideale Tagesdosis.


Unser Tipp:
Für den Energiestoffwechsel ist die Kombination mit Bakanasan Vitamin B-Komplex empfehlenswert. Zudem ist die gleichzeitige Einnahme von Selen in Kombination mit den Vitaminen B12 und B6 vorteilhaft, da sich diese Inhaltsstoffe positiv beeinflussen. Solltest du zusätzlich ein zinkhaltiges Nahrungsergänzungsmittel einnehmen, so halte bei der Einnahme mindestens eine Stunde Abstand zwischen beiden Präparaten. Coenzym Q10 Plus könntest du beispielsweise morgens und dein Zink Präparat abends einnehmen, da hier die Verträglichkeit und Aufnahme am besten sind.

I’ve been using the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly one of the best daily moisturizers I’ve tried—especially for sensitive skin. Given myself a couple weeks of consistent use before giving a review. There are a lot of pros to this product which include: moisturizing and stays moisturized all day, made my PIE marks (post acne marks) fade a lot faster. Repairs my skin barrier, especially while using tretinoin nightly, not too thick but thick enough to keep my face hydrated. It does not have a smell. The cons are: slight burn for about 15 seconds but disappears, it pills if I apply too much. It does pill less if I pat it on my face versus rubbing; it does not pill when I apply liquid foundation. I just have to let it dry for 15-20 mins before applying makeup. I found the pros to overpower the cons and will continue to use this product.
