Ihr Kernweinberg ist eine 110 Morgen große Lage in Coombsville, die mit alten Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot bepflanzt ist und 1998 von der Familie Huneeus erworben wurde. Diese Trauben werden mit Cabernet Sauvignon aus kühleren Hanglagen in Napa verschnitten, um einen prächtigen Ausdruck der berühmtesten Rebsorte der Region zu erzeugen. Der Cabernet wird mit einer kleinen Menge Merlot, Petit Verdot und Cabernet Franc versetzt, um einen Hauch von Schwung und zusätzlicher Komplexität hinzuzufügen, wobei der Wein in französischen Eichenfässern reift, bevor er abgefüllt und freigegeben wird. FAUST hat in den USA Kultstatus dank seiner üppigen Aromen von dunklen Früchten, die durch einen großzügigen, vollen Körper, feste Tannine und einen sehr langen, strukturierten Abgang elegant vervollständigt werden. Noten von Cassis, Brombeeren und wilden Pflaumen prägen das Bouquet, während am Gaumen Noten von Veilchen, Leder, dunkler Schokolade und Lagerfeuerrauch auf der Zunge verweilen.
