Ergänzende Leseübungen mit eindeutigen Handlungsaufgaben (etwa malen, ankreuzen oder verbinden) fordern und fördern die Lesegenauigkeit und das Textverständnis.

Das Heft "Schreiben zu Bildern" enthält 280 Bilder zu lautgetreuen und nicht lautgetreuen Wörtern. Das Heft eignet sich besonders für den Einsatz als Lautierübungsheft zu Beginn des 1. Schuljahrs. Hierbei sollten von den Kindern keine Rechtschreibleistungen gefordert werden, die sie noch nicht zu leisten imstande sind.
