- Die 1mm PRINPLATE EXTREME besteht aus in Epoxidharz eingelassene Fasern und ist extrem robust gegenüber physischer sowie thermaler Einwirkungen.
- Die Dichte der Fasern wurde bei der PRINPLATE EXTREME nochmals leicht erhöht. Somit ist sie nochmal verwindungssteifer und robuster als die PRINPLATE PRO.
- Alle PRINPLATES sind mit einem rauen, matten Finish hergestellt, um eine optimale Haftung sowie Optik am Druckteil zu erzeugen.
- Die PRINPLATE EXTREME in der Stärke 1mm hat eine raue, sowie eine glatte Oberfläche. Beim der Verwenden der Druckplatte mit dem Flexplate Magnetsystem, wird die glatte Seite der Druckplatte für die Verklebung mit dem Flexplate Federstahlblech verwendet (vorzugsweise 3M 468MP Transferklebefolie).

Besonderheit:
Die PRINPLATE EXTREME wurde speziell entwickelt, um auch anspruchsvolle Filamente wie Nylon / PA12 und ähnliche Materialien zuverlässig zu drucken – etwas, das mit herkömmlichen Standarddruckplatten oft schwierig ist. -
⚠️ Wichtiger Hinweis zur Verwendung: ⚠️
Unsere PRINPLATE EXTREME ist nicht magnetisch und kann nicht allein verwendet werden.
Zur Nutzung wird eine magnetische Trägerplatte benötigt – zum Beispiel unsere PRINPLATE Federstahlplatte.
Falls du noch keine passende Trägerplatte hast, findest du in unserem Shop auch ein praktisches Druckplatten-Wechselset, das alle benötigten Komponenten enthält. -> Druckplatten-Wechsel SET Extreme 1mm
Die PRINPLATE EXTREME eignet sich somit perfekt als Ersatzplatte, wenn bereits eine magnetische Basis vorhanden ist. - Bisher getestete Filamente mit guter bis sehr guter Haftung: PLA / PETG / ABS / ASA / HIPS / GreenTec / TPU / NYLON / PMMA
- Für ABS / ASA trägt man eine dünne Schicht aus Aceton auf, in welcher ich etwas ASA / ABS Filament aufgelöst wurde.
- die Haftung von Nylon ist stark bauteilabhängig, da Nylon zu Warping und Wärmeverzug neigt
- WICHTIG: Die Druckplatten möglichst nicht mit Reinigern wie Isopropanol reinigen! Bei nachlassender Druckbetthaftung die Platten mit 80-120er Schleifpapier leicht erneut anrauen und mit einem trockenem Tuch abwischen.
- Druckbett gelevelt auf 0,05mm Abstand, 1. Layer 0,20mm (NYLON 0,10mm), 15mm/s mit 130% Fluss

Best dog ball in the world!

My dog is singularly obsessed with playing ball. He would drop a steak to chase a ball. (He'd return to the steak, but not without the retrieved ball. He's not an idiot.) He makes dangerous leaps, crashes into trees, and runs fast enough to catch thrown balls before they even hit the ground. Since he doesn't care about his own wellbeing, it's my job to protect him as much as I can. And a lot of balls are hard enough to cause him pain or dental damage when he mistimes a catch. Enter the ChuckIt Glow Ball!
The minute Cowboy got his first Glow Ball, he no longer had any interest in the dozens of tennis balls scattered around the house and yard. If I took the Glow Ball away and instead threw a tennis ball, Cowboy would run to retrieve the ball, then return without it and begin looking all over the house for the Glow Ball. The Glow Ball is tough enough to survive Cowboy's big, sharp chompers, yet it's soft enough to do no harm when it hits him in the face. The glow feature is a huge bonus, too. Cowboy gets distracted by chipmunks and squirrels when we're playing, so he sometimes can't remember where he dropped the ball to pursue the interloper. If the ball was exposed to enough light before it was misplaced, it will be easy to find once the sun goes down. (Otherwise, Cowboy always finds it eventually.) When I'm feeling nocturnal, I'll put the ball under a light for a few minutes to activate the electrons, then treat my boy to a middle-of-the-night game of fetch.
I was so happy to see these on sale, I bought a lifetime supply for my pantry. The size guide seems accurate. ChuckIt recommended the large size for a dog of Cowboy's weight and that size is perfect. Highly recommended product.

Yes yes yes! Low calorie w/ no garbage ingredients

I am super picky when it comes to dog treats. Do my research and this treat has proven to be a great find for my pup. The minimal ingredient list is fantastic and there is no crap that shouldn’t be there. They are smaller pieces but look fresh and my dog cannot get enough! They are low calorie and great alternatives to other treats sold with fillers and chemicals that harm our fur babies! Highly recommend these. My dog eats them with vigor! Healthy snacks!

Great one ingredient treats

I love that these are one ingredient treats. The quality is great, my dogs love the taste, and their appearance looks great without a bunch of additives. The texture is nice and the ridges in the cuts do help with cleaning my dogs teeth a bit.
They are fairly expensive for what they are. These are great if you don’t have the time to make your own.
