Die Carrier "light" Baugruppe besteht aus einem verschraubten Kunststoffträger. Der Kunde kann aus fünf Flächengrößen wählen und # Multiclips verrasten:

320x235 mm = 12
470x320 mm = 35 (Bei Bajonett 315 Standard-Clips)

Die Henkel garantieren eins optimales Handling und die Stapelfähigkeit. Mit den verbauten Eckteilen bekommt der Carrier KLT-Außenmaße. Der Abstand zum Träger kann mit der verwendeten Anzahl von Zwischenstücken (10 mm), für eine Höhe von 55 - 145 mm (s, Auswahl) variiert werden.

Alle Kunststoffkomponenten können auf Anfrage auch in ESD gefertigt werden.

Die Baugruppe wird mit selbstsichernden Muttern geliefert und kann so verschraubt werden. Dies garantiert eine einfache Montage und fixiert die Henkel am Kunststoffträger. Kunden haben zudem die Möglichkeit mittels Laser, alle relevanten Daten auf einem Beschriftungsblech einzugravieren. Diese werden seitlich am Träger verschraubt.

Für das jeweilige Bauteil können Hersteller bis zu 1.300 verschiedene "Standard-/Multiclips" von ZELL montieren und den Träger so flexibel aufbauen und anpassen (s. "ZELL Konfigurator"). Weiterhin lassen sich kleine Kunststoffkörbe und Trennkämme für ein Gefache montieren.

Das innovative Design der gesamten Baugruppe, führt zu entscheidenden Vorteilen gegenüber herkömmlichen Werkstückträgern:

  • Der Träger kann auf die Höhe der Bauteile angepasst werden
  • Die Montage wird stark vereinfacht
  • Die Träger entsprechen der Euronorm und können somit auf einer Europalette platzsparend aufgestapelt werden
  • Alle Kunststoff Komponenten können aus ESD (antistatischem Kunststoff) hergestellt werden
  • Eine deutliche Steigerung der Nachhaltigkeit, da jede Komponente flexibel austauschbar ist und ressourcenschonend entsorgt werden kann.

Perfect for my wife! Great quality and durability
I’m very impressed with this spinning jewelry box! My expectations were pretty high before receiving it, and I’m happy to say they were definitely met. Lots of storage for jewelry
So much more organization for my jewelry! It spends very easily and has plenty of storage. I like the large mirror on one side, the multiple earring holders as well as many necklace holders too. I really love how you can pull out the two pieces, that definitely adds more storage than if it was only a flat side. There's even a spot specifically for bracelets and watches. One of the sides actually has a cover you have to pull down, which I feel like gives it extra protection from dust or moisture, but has a glass window so you can see in. I like the smaller ring holder in that spot just because I don't own many rings. But I wish the one that holds the bracelets didn't have as many ring holders because that's not very useful to me. The other thing is it is very difficult to work my way behind the earrings to put the backs on, so I wish there was a way to take those out, put the earrings in, and then put them back. There's also a nice little extra spot up top and clothes on all sides to store more things. So overall it is helping to keep my cabinet and vanity a lot more cleaner. The price for me is a little high though in my opinion.

Inventive, rotating and spacious!
This is a really clever design for a jewelry box. I love how it rotates so that you can access many parts of it easily. I like the top that you can put your most worn necklaces or bracelets in. The mirror compartment that comes out is pretty clever and useful. There is a part that comes out that holds rings and bracelets and then another compartment that comes out that holds necklaces on both sides. Then of course there's one of the sides of the rotating box that has a place for your earrings and even a place that you can drop other pieces in the bottom of that side. There's so many things to love about this rotating jewelry box. My favorite has to be what I call the favorites compartment. It's the part that you pull down a glass window and it has a place for everything. You can put four necklaces several Rings several earrings right in that one spot. I'm definitely going to be using that part the most. I'm really happy with it! It's really great for meeting personal jewelry storage needs or as a gift. It's unlike any jewelry box I've ever seen. It's a good price for what you get as well.
