Rostfrei, eisgehärtet, handgeschärft - wasserabweisend aber nicht wasserfest - nicht spülmaschinenfest Reinigungshinweis: 1. Reinigen Sie das Messer nach Gebrauch mit einem feuchten Tuch! Messer niemals ungereinigt liegen lassen- besonders nach dem Umgang mit säurehaltigen Lebensmitteln. 2. Messer niemals mit ätzenden oder scheuernden Mitteln reinigen 3. Messer mit Holzgriff weder in der Spülmaschine reinigen, noch im Wasser liegen lassen.
