Geschmack: kraftvolle Struktur, schön konzentriert und frisch in der Frucht, duftende Säure und dicke und reife Tannine, anhaltend im Abgang. Fokus: im Gebiet von Montefalco wurde der Sagrantino jahrhundertelang als Messwein verwendet und daher in den Gärten aller Klöster und Klöster angebaut.
