Nase
Der En Guille Bouton bietet auch in 2023 wieder eine duftige und frische Nase, die an gelbe Birnen und Birnenquitten, grüne und gelbe Äpfel sowie an etwas Steinobst und Zitronen erinnert. Darüber liegen Noten von Weißdorn und Wollwachs, was den Duft ein bisschen in die Nähe eines Chenin Blanc aus dem Anjou rückt.

Gaumen
Am Gaumen wirkt der En Guille Bouton seidig und elegant. Hier zeigt sich, dass es sich nicht um Chenin, sondern um Savagnin handelt; denn die Säure ist direkt präsent und bleibt lange auf der Zunge. Dabei wirkt sie trotz ihrer knackigen Präsenz und Nervigkeit reif. Der 2021er, dessen helle Frucht sich mit Mandelnoten und Gestein mischt, wirkt feiner und delikater als der Vorgängerjahrgang und besitzt eine hervorragende Länge und Intensität im Finale.

Information zum Wein
Der Weinberg ist seit diesem Jahrgang biologisch zertifiziert. 100 % Savagnin-Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen und spontan sowohl in Eichenfässern als auch in temperaturgesteuerten Edelstahlfermentern vergoren. Der Ausbau erfolgte in gebrauchter Eiche.

The gold shimmer is beautiful and noticeable without being too glittery, making it perfect for concerts, parties, or a summer glow. The oil itself is lightweight and moisturizing, absorbing nicely without feeling greasy. It has a subtle, pleasant scent, which is a nice bonus. The 50ML size is decent, though I wish there was a larger option available. The only downside is that the shimmer can transfer onto clothes if not fully dried, so I recommend letting it set for a few minutes. Otherwise, it lasts well throughout the day. Thank you
