Das Scanno Straight Edge Bufalo Knife dringt perfekt ein, ohne das Gewebe zu beschädigen: Es ist perfekt für rohes Fleisch und zum präzisen Trennen des Fleisches vom Knochen.
Das Scanno Costa Dritta Bufalo wird bei Maniago von Hand gefertigt: Made in Italy wie alle Bufalo-Messer.

Was kann man mit dem Scanno-Messer schneiden?

Das Büffel-Metzgermesser ist ideal zum Entfernen der Schwarte von Wurstwaren und Schinken. Die Handwerkskunst dieses Büffelmessers sorgt für optimale Elastizität und Härte der Klinge.

Alle Bufalo-Messer werden genauen Kontrollen unterzogen, deren Ergebnis ein professionelles Messer ist, das strenge Anforderungen erfüllt:

  • Optimale Härte
  • Perfekte Schnittkanten für lange Lebensdauer
  • Elastizität
  • Leichtes Nachschärfen, Bruch- und Belastungsfestigkeit
  • Korrosionsbeständigkeit

Griffe

Die Griffe der Bufalo-Messer sind perfekt ergonomisch, ermöglichen einen sicheren Halt, sind aus thermoplastischem Gummi, ungiftig und säurebeständig und haben eine sehr hohe Bruchlast (ca. 270 kg pro cm2).
Sie können ohne Veränderungen oder Verformungen bis 115°C sterilisiert werden. Das Scanno Straight Edge Bufalo Knife kann in den unten gezeigten Farben hergestellt werden.

Die Farbgebung der Griffe, für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Messers, entspricht der HACCP-Norm:

  • Schwarzer Griff: Standard
  • Roter Griff: rotes Fleisch, rohes Fleisch
  • Gelber Griff: weißes Fleisch
