Dies ist ein Livolo Wanduhren-Modul in grau. Zur Einstellung der Uhr muss diese durch leichtes Drücken auf die Rückseite aus dem rechteckigen Gehäuse entfernt werden. Danach wird der Regler an der Seite der Uhr hochgezogen und solange gedreht bis die passende Uhrzeit eingestellt ist.


Auch die Batterie (Knopfzelle / SR626SW) kann nur gewechselt werden, wenn die Uhr aus dem Gehäuse entfernt wurde.

In Kombination mit der passenden Glasblende wird dieses Modul mit dem römischen Ziffernblatt zu einem echten Hingucker.


Bitte beachten Sie, dass keine Batterie in der Lieferung enthalten ist.


Einfache und schnelle Montage, sowohl vertikal als auch horizontal.


Im unseren Shop finden Sie auch Spreizkrallen (LG-01) im 2er Pack, für Unterputzdosen ohne Verschraubungsmöglichkeit. Geeignet für Hohlwände und ältere Häuser (Baujahr vor 1970). Bei Verwendung von Spreizkrallen sind 68 mm große Unterputzdosen besser geeignet.


Die Module werden mittels der beiliegenden Metallrahmen durch Schrauben an den Unterputzdosen befestigt.
Der Austausch erfolgt wie bei anderen Wipp-Schalter-Herstellern. Ersetzen Sie einfach Ihre alten Wipp-Schalter durch ein neues, langlebiges Design. Die Verkabelung bleibt die gleiche.

Die Lichtschalter- und Steckdosen-Module sind für Unterputzdosen mit 60-68 mm Durchmesser geeignet. Der Lochabstand für Mehrfach-Blenden beträgt 71 mm.

Insightful, funny, but a bit unforgiving
This book is an absolutely no holds barred guide for preparing a current/future Section 8 Landlord for difficult situations and tenants. The authors own over 300 rental properties and prefer to remove anything and absolutely everything not strictly required for passing a property inspection. This means ripping out things like screen doors, washing machine hookups, dishwashers, etc. Following their method, you end up with a relatively spartan property that easily passes inspection. They're a bit light on the empathy side, but overall, this is still excellent business advice. The writer is also really funny and some of the anecdotal stories are great. Definitely worth the money! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group papers (written by James M. Bennett) in Chapter 18 are incredibly difficult to read on a kindle (see the picture). Otherwise, this is a 5 star book full of excellent advice.
