Der Rock Slider für den Jimny II (inkl. Teilegutachten)

Der Rockslider ist enganliegend, aus Aluminium und mit einer Stahl-Haltekonstruktion befestigt. Um die Steifigkeit des Slider Panels zu erhöhen sind in der Stirnseite „dimple die“ eingepresst und ersetzt somit den originalen Schwellerschutz aus Kunststoff.

Das verwendete Aluminium ist besonders hochwertig und schwarz matt pulverbeschichtet.

Das Slider Panel kann bei Beschädigung separat ausgetauscht werden, sofern die Unterkonstruktion nicht beschädigt wurde. Zudem ist durch den Rockslider auch der Schweller Falz geschützt.

Aufgrund dieser Leichtbauweise ist der Slider nicht geeignet für einen Wagenheber.
Jedoch bietet er im mittelschweren Gelände einen mehr als ausreichenden Schutz.

Montage:

Die Stahl Haltekonstruktion wird durch das einpressen von Gewindenieten im Schweller (Achtung, Aufbohren der bestehenden Löcher von 8,5mm auf 9mm notwendig) befestigt. Auf der Unterseite wird die Haltekonstruktion durch Klemmen des Schweller Falzes in Position gehalten.

Jeder einzelne Seitenschweller wird nach dem Schweißen auf verschiedene Prüflehren gesteckt um eine 100%ige Passgenauigkeit zu gewährleisten.


Hinweis: Aufgrund von Herstellertoleranzen im Bereich der Ladeflächen kann es in Einzelfällen zu einer ungenauen Passform unserer Produkte kommen.
