Der volle Pistaziengeschmack harmoniert hervorragend mit Balsamico Essig, Sherry Essig, Rotwein- oder (Dragon) Weißweinessig. Ausgezeichnet für die Zubereitung einer raffinierten Salatvinaigrette. Um den Geschmack zu bewahren, wird es am besten erst ganz zum Schluss zum Gericht gegeben. Lecker zu gegrilltem Fleisch oder Fisch, Boef Bourguignon, Pasta mit Käse oder einfach nur, um Brot darin zu dippen. Auch sehr geeignet zum Backen von Kuchen und Gebäck, insbesondere in der Kombination mit Äpfel und Birnen.

Dieses Pistazienöl wird nach einer 150 Jahre alten, traditionellen französischen Methode produziert. Nach der Ernte werden die Nüsse gewaschen, sortiert, mehrere Tage lang in der Sonne getrocknet und zum weiteren Trocknen gelagert. Anschließend werden sie gemahlen und langsam in gusseisernen Kesseln geröstet. Die daraus entstehende Paste wird in einer hydraulischen Presse kalt gepresst und nach dem mechanischen Absaugen leicht gefiltert und in Flaschen abgefüllt. Diese Produktionsmethode sorgt für den intensiven Pistaziengeschmack.
