Aufgrund der klimatischen Bedingung herrscht hier eine weitaus hhere Diversitt was die Verwendung der Kultivare betrifft. So wurde fr unseren Matcha ein von den Teamastern vor Ort perfekt abgestimmter Blend aus unterschiedlichen Kultivaren, u. a. Saemidori

Der Tee unseres Ceremonial Matchas stammt aus dem sonnenverwöhnten Süden Japans - der Region Kagoshima. Diese ist nach Shizuoka das zweitgrößte Anbaugebiet Japans und Vorreiter im ökologischen Tee Anbau.

Aufgrund der klimatischen Bedingung herrscht hier eine weitaus höhere Diversität was die Verwendung der Kultivare betrifft. So wurde für unseren Matcha ein von den Teamastern vor Ort perfekt abgestimmter Blend aus unterschiedlichen Kultivaren, u.a. Saemidori und Asanoka, verwendet, um eine einzigartige Geschmackskomposition zu erhalten.

Das sattgrüne Pulver lässt die Qualität schon erahnen, nur um Sie dann mit edlen Zartbitternoten, feinem Umami-Charakter und einer dezenten Süße zu überraschen!

Zubereitung
2g Matcha mit 200ml 80-90 Grad heißem Wasser aufgießen und dann ca. 1-2 Minuten mit einem Bambusbesen oder im Shaker aufschäumen.
