Typ Gasdruckfedern
VETUS Gasfedersysteme wurden speziell für den maritimen Gebrauch entworfen. Alle essentiellen Teile sind aus Edelstahl oder aus Kunststoff gefertigt. Eine spezielle Abdichtung sorgt dafür, dass kein Gas entweichen kann, was eine lange Lebens- dauer garantiert. Bei der Montage muss die Kolbenstange immer nach unten weisen. Gasdruckzylinder ermöglichen das einfache Heben und Arretieren im geöffneten Zustand von schweren Motorraumluken, Backskistendeckeln usw. Die Gas- federsysteme werden komplett mit Befestigungsmaterialien geliefert.

Um das maximal zulässige Gewicht von z.B. einer Luke berechnen zu können, sind die untenstehenden Daten zu beachten:
F = Kraft von dem Gasdruckdämpfer N/m ( siehe Tabelle )                                                   G = Gewicht des zu hebenden Objektes in N                                                                    W = Breite des hebenden Objektes in mm

 

Beispiel:

Das Gewicht (G) einer Luke beträgt 11 kg (≈110 N). Die Breite (W) von der Luke ist 600 mm. Das bedeutet:

110 x 300 = 33 N/m wird benötigt um die Luke aufrecht stehen zu lassen. 1000

In der Tabelle finden Sie den Artikel GASSP44 mit der Kraft von 28.8 N/m, welches bedeutet das zusätzlich 4,3 N/m benötigt werden um das Objekt zu heben.

Werden 2 Gasdruckfedern vom Typ GASSP38, entsteht die Kraft von 18,9 x 2 = 37,8 N/m. In solch einem Fall muss die Luke mit einer Kraft von 4,8 N/m runtergedrückt werden.

Excellent industrial shelving hardware for the price
I bought these as a housewarming-style gift for my brother-in-law, who recently finished building an extension onto his home and finally has the space for a proper office. His family’s aesthetic leans heavily toward that cottage-meets-industrial look, and these brackets fit the brief perfectly. First impressions were excellent. The iron construction feels genuinely heavy-duty, and the machining and threading are better than I expected at this price point.
