Die Arbeit im Weinberg ist akribisch und erfolgt mit größtem Respekt vor der Natur und dem Terroir. Was diesen Produzenten jedoch wirklich einzigartig macht, ist die enorme Aufmerksamkeit, die der Weinreifung gewidmet wird. Jean-Michel und Alexis begleiten den Fassbau von Anfang bis Ende und reifen alle ihre Weine in neuen Eichenfässern, um elegante Weine mit samtigen Tanninen zu produzieren, die bereits jetzt trinkfertig sind, aber auch über Jahre hinweg reifen und sich weiterentwickeln können. Die Cuvée Mes Trois Fils ist ein Rotwein auf Pinot Noir-Basis, der zu Ehren der Kinder von Jean Michel hergestellt wird und die Bedeutung der Familientradition dieses Weinguts unterstreicht. Sein aromatisches Profil ist ausdrucksstark und komplex mit Noten von Beeren und Gewürzen, gefolgt von erdigen und unterholzartigen Noten. Am Gaumen entfaltet er einen köstlichen Fruchtcharakter mit einer gut integrierten mineralischen Note und weichen Tanninen. Good quality, if you keep them oiled last a long time
If you keep these oiled and do not soak them, these boards last a long time. Good variety of sizes, durable (I use the larger 2 daily), and again, if you keep them oiled, easy to wipe down and haven't shown a sign of splitting. Durable as well. Would buy again.

Better than thin plastic boards
I used to use one of those thin/bendable plastic cutting boards, thinking it's easier to transfer food into pots/pans from the board, but they tend to get bent in time and they're simply too thin and I hated the feeling of my knife pretty much hitting the kitchen counter.
So, I decided to buy this set. I wanted to try a wooden board, but didn't want to spend too much in case I didn't like it, and this set had the perfect price tag and I liked the fact it came with 4 different sizes, so that I can see what size would actually be more useful.
I've been using it for 2 months now they're doing great (except one of them started splitting a bit and started showing some strange black dots on the side... possibly mold??? though I can't think of any reason why mold would grow on just one of them. Maybe it's related to the fact that it's the only one that's cracking. And this is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.)
Anyway, apart from that one, the rest are doing well and having 3 boards is plenty.
I like the juice groove to avoid spilling liquid on the board, as it happened so many time using the bendable plastic boards.
I'm handwashing them with dish soap. They seem to dry pretty fast, and so far no stains etc. on the surface. They're not super duper thick so even the largest one is not too difficult to handle.
I sometimes use them to serve some food like appetizers, snacks, pizzas and sandwiches, etc. too!
