TPU für Transferdruck

Unser TPU Hotmelt ist ein hochleistungsfähiges thermoplastisches Polyurethan (TPU). Die niedrige Schmelztemperatur, Weichheit und Elastizität machen es besonders geeignet für Transferdruckanwendungen.

  • Überdauert das Kleidungsstück
  • Presstemperatur 160°C ± 20% (128°C bis 192°C)

  • Gute Beständigkeit gegen chemische Reinigung
  • Pulver ~ 100 - 200 μm
  • Muss trocken bei <30°C gelagert werden.
  • Hohe Temperaturen und hoher Druck können zu Verstopfung oder Klumpenbildung führen.

Mit FOREVER DTF Economy drucken Sie farbige Designs mit einer matten Oberfläche. Entwickelt für ein einfaches Abziehen (sofort, heiß, warm oder kalt). Durch eine schnell trocknende Tinte ohne Ausbluten und einer hohen Waschbeständigkeit, bleiben die Drucke auch nach mehreren Wäschen haltbar.

Had a slow leak where my tire went from 44psi to ~18psi over 2-3 days… Dashboard light would let me know every few days that I had a tire problem and I would inflate the tire back up to 44psi… Anyway, I used this product and filled air back to 44 psi and it’s held the pressure for a month already !!!! Be sure to deflate tire to ~15 PSI before adding the product… it only took about 30 seconds to empty the container into my tire with the tire pressure low. Very happy with this product !!!
