Besonders wichtig ist uns die Herstellung ohne die Verwendung von Getreide, ohne künstliche Farb-, Aroma- und Konservierungsstoffe, ohne Lockmittel und ohne den Zusatz von Zucker. Wir setzen auf eine einheitliche, klar verständliche und reduzierte Rezeptur, die es jederzeit erlaubt, bedenkenlos innerhalb einer Produktfamilie zwischen den verschiedenen Fleischsorten wechseln zu können.
