Die Rezepte sind – wie im ersten Teil – unkompliziert umzusetzen und auch für Backanfänger geeignet. Denn es gibt keine komplizierten Vorteige, tagelange Gehzeiten, mehrmaliges Falten, so dass alle 3 Stunden der Wecker klingelt. Ein weiterer Vorteil: Ich backe auch diesmal wieder ohne Sauerteig.
