Der FLAV-R-WAVE-GROSS ist größer als der Standard FLAV-R-WAVE und bietet daher eine größere Fläche zum Auffangen von Fett. Dadurch kannst du mehr Grillgut gleichzeitig zubereiten, ohne dass das Fett auf den Brennern verbrennt und zu Flammen führt.

Der FLAV-R-WAVE-GROSS besteht aus Edelstahl und hat eine wellenförmige Struktur. Er wird über den Brennern im Grill platziert und fängt das heruntertropfende Fett auf. Das Fett verbrennt auf dem FLAV-R-WAVE-GROSS und erzeugt eine Rauchentwicklung, die dem Grillgut einen rauchigen Geschmack verleiht.

Der FLAV-R-WAVE-GROSS hat auch eine wichtige Funktion bei der Hitzeverteilung im Grill. Die wellenförmige Struktur sorgt dafür, dass die Hitze gleichmäßig über den Grillrost verteilt wird. Dadurch wird eine gleichmäßige Garung des Grillguts gewährleistet und Hotspots vermieden.

I tested the face and tried to scratch a small area with a sharp object. I would not scratch so it is either glass or a crystal. the metal seems to be of good quality and the band is comfortable and feels like leather. Overall I am happy with it and will update this review if the situation changes.
