Robustheit und Verschleißfestigkeit

Der Conch Hotend M4 ist mit der patentierten EndCoat-Technologie von Phaetus ausgestattet, die eine hochfeste (HV3300) Beschichtung sowohl für den Heat Break als auch für die Düse aufbringt. Diese Beschichtung schützt den inneren Flussweg vor Abrieb, was besonders wichtig ist, wenn mit faserverstärkten Materialien wie PA-CF gedruckt wird.

Überlegene Lebensdauer

Die EndCoat-Düse bietet eine Lebensdauer, die 2,5-mal länger ist als die herkömmlicher gehärteter Stahl-Düsen. Selbst nach längerem Druck zeigt sie deutlich weniger Verschleiß.
