Erstmals gibt es einen Natur-Kombistein aus zwei Natursteinen. Ein Pyrenäenstein (Schleifstein) mit einer Körnung von 1200 verklebt auf einen blauen Belgischen Brocken (Schärfstein). Der französische Naturstein wird mit Wasser benutz und löst das Problem bei kleinen Verletzungen an der Schneide, oder beim Verlust der Grundschärfe. Mit diesem Schleifstein kann man durch einen intensiven Abrieb sprichwörtlich die Scharten am Messer und Werkzeug auswetzen. Das Schärfen und Polieren erfolgt auf der feinen Rückseite, dem blauen Belgischen Brocken. Der belgische Naturstein entfernt einfach und zuverlässig den entstandenen Grat. Die erzeugte Politur garantiert eine extrem lange Standzeit der Schärfe. Die Kombination dieser beiden traditionellen Natursteine vereint die benötigten Eigenschaften für die optimale Pflege von Messern und Werkzeugen.
