Herstellung aus regionalem Getreide aus letzter Ernte durch die Rätze-Mühle, einer der ältesten Mühlen Sachsens (seit 1772)

Dinkelvollkorngrieß ist reich an Proteinen und Ballaststoffen, unterstützt die Verdauung und ist leicht bekömmlich.
Der Dinkel stammt aus den Anbauflächen rund um die Rätze-Mühle und somit ist der Anbau und die Herstellung 100% regional und natürlich

Für die Verarbeitung wurden keine chemischen Zusatzstoffe verwendet. Dies ist auch deutlich am Geschmack erkennbar.
