Dieser außergewöhnliche Pink Bourbon stammt von der Finca Campo Hermoso in Quindío, geführt vom renommierten Produzenten Edwin Noreña – COE-Juror, Q-Grader und Spezialitätenkaffee-Pionier. Der Kaffee wird im Honey Process verarbeitet (Reste des Fruchtfleisches verbeliben an der Bohne) und durchläuft einen zweistufigen Carbonic-Maceration-Prozess mit Zugabe von IPA- und C4-Hopfen, was ihm eine besonders aromatische und komplexe Struktur verleiht.

Im Duft zeigt sich der Kaffee blumig und leicht malzig. In der Tasse dominieren Lemongras, Rose und Hopfen, begleitet von einem cremigen Körper und einem sehr sauberen, milden Finish. Mit 87+ Punkten zählt dieser Lot zu den hochwertigen Spezialitäten der Region.
