PRO SIMRIG PSR3 Fanatec DD Edition

Nicht alle Cockpits sind gleich. Der Gedanke hinter dem PSR3 lautete: „Wie können wir aus einem preisgünstigen Cockpit ein Maximum an Steifigkeit herausholen, ohne dabei an Einstellbarkeit einzubüßen?“ 
  • Diese neue Fanatec DD Edition verfügt über ein neues, maßgeschneidertes Seitenbefestigungssystem, das bei Verwendung eines Fanatec DD-Lenkradträgers für eine klare Optik sorgt.
  • Das PSR3 verfügt über dieselben extrem robusten Profile wie das PSR1. Deutlich dickere Seitenwände sorgen für mehr Masse, mehr Gewicht und mehr Steifigkeit als bei den Konkurrenzmodellen.
  • Bei den Stützen weist der Lenkerbereich ein überlappendes Design auf. Dies erfordert mehr Material und ist kostspieliger, führt jedoch zu einer besseren Verankerung des Lenkradträgers am Rig-Rahmen.
  • Der Lenkradbereich nutzt das gleiche extrem steife Design wie das PSR1. Es kommen 10 mm dicke Aluminiumhalterungen zum Einsatz, die mit Profilen und verstellbaren Seitenplatten verbunden sind.
  • Das PSR3 verfügt über einen hervorragenden Pedalbereich. Sein Design ist eine Weiterentwicklung des PSR1, bei dem zwei 10-mm-Aluminiumplatten zwei 80-mm-Profile umschließen, die mit 8 Direktbefestigungen montiert sind. Viele Fahrer bevorzugen eine sehr steife Bremsanlage, weshalb das PSR3 unter diesem Gesichtspunkt konstruiert werden musste. Andere Konstruktionen leiden häufig unter Verwindungen im Pedalbereich, was in erster Linie auf Kosteneinsparungen bei Material und Konstruktionsentscheidungen zurückzuführen ist.
Verstärkte Seitenhalterung serienmäßig enthalten
Getreu dem Grundsatz „Überlappung = Festigkeit“ verfügt das PSR3 über eine verstärkte Seitenhalterung. Diese reduziert seitliche Bewegungen, wenn Schalthebel oder Handbremsen an der Seitenhalterung befestigt werden.

Um Ihnen zu helfen, die perfekte Höhe zu finden, ermöglichen zwei verschiedene Befestigungshöhen eine Verstellung von 80 mm in 1-mm-Schritten.

Die Seitenhalterung wird mit 1 Profil (40 x 80 x 490 mm) und 1 Profil (40 x 40 x 350 mm) geliefert.

Die Seitenhalterung kann entweder links oder rechts am PSR3-Cockpit angebracht werden.

Fanatec DD Edition – KOMPATIBILITÄT MIT WHEELBASES
Das PSR3 Fanatec DD Edition verfügt über maßgeschneiderte Halterungen für das seitliche Befestigungssystem, die für ein aufgeräumtes Erscheinungsbild sorgen.

Maßgeschneiderte seitliche Befestigungskompatibilität für folgende Wheelbases:
  • Fanatec CSL DD (mit oder ohne optionales Boost-Kit)
  • Fanatec DD Pro
  • Fanatec ClubSport DD
  • Fanatec ClubSport DD+
  • Fanatec Podium DD (Wenn das Podium DD mit mehr als 18Nm betrieben wird, wird ein Upgrade auf das PRO SIMRIG PSR1 empfohlen, um zusätzliche Steifigkeit zu gewährleisten)

Updated title: Not for a power chewer

Update: I had to cut the ball off the same day I wrote this review. Two days later, the yellow rope was totally unraveled and I had to throw it away. She got maybe 3 days of play with this toy. Do not buy this toy if you have a larger dog that chews a lot. I will say our dog loved this toy the moment she started playing with it. But the toy doesn't last long with our superchewer. I was hoping to use it for some games of tug, and while we're at it get her teeth cleaned by the spikey red ball. The listing includes "large" dogs. My large dog (11 m/o Bernese puppy) had this toy broken within the first 10 minutes. The red pieces are a pretty lightweight plastic that she just broke apart completely, specifically the bone on the "handle". The ball is lasting a little longer, but she put a hole in it. We will probably need to cut the ball off as well because she'll chew it up and swallow it if we're not careful, and then she'll need (another) surgery. The positive is that she loves chewing on rope and the rope pieces seem pretty sturdy. We still play tug with the ropes, but this one I will probably just give to her as a chew toy. We found a more durable ball on a rope toy at Target for a little bit less.
