Code ist ein zentraler Begriff unserer modernen Wissensgesellschaft, er steht für die dominante Rolle der Informationstechnologie, für die Übertragung unseres Wissens und unserer Kommunikation in digitale Datenbanken und -netze und ist zum Synonym für Kontrolle und Programmierbarkeit geworden. Die Bedeutung von Code als Kodex und Regelwerk sowie als Zeichensystem beschreibt auch die Stellung von Software in Kunst und Gesellschaft: Code ist gleichsam Werkzeug und Ausdruck künstlerischer Arbeit. Code als Befehlssatz, als Programm des Computers sowie als Zeichensystem der globalen digitalen Kommunikationssysteme definiert die Spielregeln und Gesetze unserer Zeit. Der Band dokumentiert die Symposien, Ausstellungen, Performances und Interventionen im öffentlichen Raum, mit denen künstlerische, wissenschaftliche und gesellschaftspolitische Beiträge dieses Thema auf der Ars Electronica 2003 bearbeiten. Silky smooth fabric
This is a cool and comfortable polo shirt. It's made primarily of polyester with spandex as well to give it added stretch. It fits as expected in my regular size. The color and pattern appear like they did online. It falls somewhere in between casual and dressy and should be suitable for most settings. The fabric is smooth with a bit of sheen and feels cool to the touch. I've machine washed and dried it several times and it still looks great. I love that it doesn't wrinkle and I never need to iron it. Everything seems well put together and I think the quality is great.

This is THE BEST Polo-Style Shirt I Have EVER Seen!!

OH MAH GAWD this shirt is SO soft that I would call it slippery!! It fits PERFECTLY and true-to-size. The material is a lightweight 'satin' type feel to it that I have NEVER felt before!! Hubby just LOVES this shirt!! The color & print is just GORGEOUS with the subtle sleeve contrast at the 'cuff' (see pics)!! It is great quality with a style that will NEVER look "dated", since it is "Polo Reimagined" with the use of the slick-soft material! Given all of THAT... this is a GREAT value at this price!!

Surprisingly good shirt for the price

I’m generally pleased with my purchase. I got a 2XL because the website it would fit my neck. Around the waist it fit similar to Amazon Essentials work shirts (like mechanics use which I find comfortable).
It was snug around the waist when sitting, but I can’t complain because I have a belly. I did find the neck snug when buttoning the top button so it means the neck is 18 or 18.5 and I wear a 19/19.5 to have 1-2 fingers space in the collar.
The shirt is surprisingly thick like Amazon’s work shirts, much thicker than other dress shirts from another brand.
And I am pleased that this shirt has button holes like other Amazon shirts does, all vertical button holes except the last one at the bottom which is horizontal. That feature keeps the shirt from unbuttoning itself during daily movement at the office. A very nice feature! I was a little disappointed in how it was packaged however but I have to press and wash it anyway.
