Dieses auergewhnliche Experiment wurde eingeleitet von dem nologen Peter Schilling, der magisches aus den Trauben extrahiert. Der Il Carnasciale wurde bis zum Jahrgang 2021

In den 80er Jahren bepflanzte die Familie Rogosky erstmals ihr Weingut mit der von Remigo Bordini entdeckten Rebsorte Caberlot. Sie ist ein natürlicher Hybrid aus den Rebsorten Cabernet Franc und Merlot und wird weltweit ausschließlich auf dem Weingut Podere Il Carnasciale angebaut.

Dieses außergewöhnliche Experiment wurde eingeleitet von dem Önologen Peter Schilling, der magisches aus den Trauben extrahiert. Der Il Carnasciale wurde bis zum Jahrgang 2021 ebenso wie der Il Caberlot ausgebaut und erst nach Fassprobe wird entschieden, welches Fass zu Il Caberlot oder zu Il Carnasciale wird. Seit 2021 ist schon vorher klar was Carnasciale wird.

Normalerweise nur in Magnum und Doppelmagnum erhältlich. Für die Gastronomie auch in 0,75 Liter als "Sommelleria".
