Tickopur TR 14 ist ein leistungsstarkes Reinigungskonzentrat, speziell entwickelt für die schnelle und materialschonende Entfernung von Harzflussmitteln und Lotpasten. Es eignet sich ideal für den Einsatz auf bestückten und unbestückten Platinen, Hybriden, Lötrahmen sowie elektronischen Bauteilen und Baugruppen.

Die Reinigung erfolgt besonders effizient im Ultraschallbad, da hierbei der chemische Prozess der Verseifung – die Umwandlung von Harzflussmitteln in wasserlösliche Harzseifen – optimal unterstützt wird.

👉 Hinweis: Für die Reinigung von Leiterplatten im Service-Bereich wird Tickopur RW 77 empfohlen.

Anwendung

Mit Ultraschall

  • Dosierung: 10 %

  • Beschallungszeit: 30 – 180 Sekunden

  • Temperatur: 60 – 70 °C

⚠️ Alkali- und wasserempfindliche Bauteile können angegriffen werden. Vorversuche zur Materialbeständigkeit sind empfehlenswert.
