Die Weinberge, die sich über etwa 24 Hektar erstrecken, liegen in einem natürlichen Becken in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer und verfügen über perfekte Boden- und Klimabedingungen für die Erzeugung von Qualitätsweinen. Der Cotes de Provence Cru Classe Cuvee Speciale des Vignettes Rose ist ein limitierter Wein, der aus den Trauben des ältesten Weinbergs des Weinguts mit über 60 Jahre alten Rebstöcken hergestellt wird. Nach der Handlese erfolgt die spontane Gärung mit einheimischen Hefen in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks. Der fertige Wein ruht dann ein Jahr lang in alten Fässern auf der Hefe und ist mit einer dünnen Schicht Fleurette bedeckt. Die besondere Kombination einer ungewöhnlichen Rebsorte und die Anwendung eines ungewöhnlichen Ausbauprozesses sind die Grundlage für diesen einzigartigen Wein, der sich durch ein intensives und duftendes Aromaprofil auszeichnet. In der Nase zeigt er verwobene Noten von Vanille, Quitte, Birne, kandierten Früchten und Nüssen. Am Gaumen ist er frisch und rund, körperreich und vollmundig, mit einem langen, zart-würzigen Abgang. Er eignet sich hervorragend als Aperitif, aber auch zu Meeresfrüchten und gegrilltem weißem Fleisch ist er ein guter Begleiter.Shipping Notes

RAW AND REAL

A powerful story of a historical adventure narrated through the eyes of a sixteen-year-old survivor. Josh enlisted with forged papers to avenge the death of his father at Pearl Harbor. He is straight out of boot camp serving on the USS Indianapolis when the battleship is struck by a Japanese torpedo. He struggles to escape the burning ship, but that is just the beginning of his troubles. No help is in sight; sharks infest the waters, and the survivors begin to turn against each other.
This book is a powerful story filled with raw emotions, adventure, and history. The authors provide readers with an action-packed tale filled with interesting facts about sharks and military history. It contains actual photographs, maps, and hand-drawn illustrations.
The book is little more than one hundred pages. Reluctant readers can easily navigate the short chapters with graphics. Targeted for middle grades but just as appealing to young adult and adult audiences.

Approved by my 8 year old!
Format: Paperback
My 8 yr old son read it on his own. He liked it but some parts were a bit gross and scary for him. It is along the lines of the I Survived books. He said it was a good story because it was based on real life even though some of the parts were a little scary.

Read it to ok for 9 year old

I heard about this series and wanted to see if it would be up her alley. I downloaded this book to read before bed and now it's the middle of the night. I ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the book. I'm a woman in my 40's and it was a great read for me! I know my daughter will really enjoy it.
She struggles with her vocabulary so I've been selecting and pre-reading books and gathering words I know she will be challenged by. Then I make those her spelling words for the week and use the words in sentences 100k times until she knows them. Doing that has really improved her reading experience and helps her flow through the book easier and enjoy it far more.

USS Indy 500

Very good book. Super interesting and great articulation for a young reader. Very captivating and very inspiring. I’ve read escaped prison island aswell (check it out) and Scott peters and Ellie Crowe are really good authors! Definite read and I love how they tied in ww2 to something you would have never associated a shark story with. Learned a lot thx.

Freedom isnt free

This is an unbelievable story. Of course I had known of the USS Indianapolis and the shark attack, but never had I actually listened to a first hand account. How terrified these men had to have been. Its beyond comprehension really. The sacrifice, bravery and fortitude humbles me. Thank you to all who serve.
