Der VIRUS-2 ist ein stark spielzerstörender, neumodischer Langnoppenbelag mit außergewöhnlichen leicht glänzenden Noppenköpfen, die schon beim Betrachten die ungewöhnlichen Spieleigenschaften dieser neuen Störnoppe erahnen lassen.

Bereits bei den ersten Schlägen mit dem VIRUS-2, bemerkt nicht nur der Gegner das extrem stark ausgeprägte Abtauchen des Balles in Verbindung mit einer ungewöhnlich unruhigen Ballflugbahn.
Bei aktiven, so wie offensiv ausgeführten Schlagbewegungen, wird dieser Effekt nochmals deutlich verstärkt und führt zu direkten, gewinnbringenden Punkten.

In der Schwammversion verfügt der VIRUS-2 über einen tempoabsorbierenden Schwamm, der die Kontrollwerte stark optimiert und das kurze Ablegen des Balles auf der gegnerischen Tischhälfte ermöglicht. Hierbei wird das gegnerische Angriffsspiel stark eingeschränkt und empfindlich gestört.
